The service can be free if you are eligible for the Mobili-Pass grant, regardless of the type of mission (excluding exceptional missions).
In other cases, the price depends on the type of mission chosen:
Studio mission – €1,190 incl. VAT
2-room mission – €1,290 incl. VAT
3-room mission – €1,390 incl. VAT
4-room mission – €1,490 incl. VAT
5-room or larger mission – €1,590 incl. VAT
Exceptional mission – €1,990 incl. VAT
A deposit is paid at the start of the mission, and the balance is due at the end, upon signing the lease.
To start your assignment, we require a deposit.
The balance will only be due on the day before signing the lease, upon successful completion of the mission.
One exception: if you are eligible for the Mobili-Pass grant.
It’s a grant managed by Action Logement (up to €3,500 with supporting documents – for obtaining a low-interest loan).
The amount can be split into two parts: a €2,200 subsidy to cover the cost of a property-hunting mission, and the remaining €1,300 as a loan.
To benefit, eligibility criteria must be met. If eligible, the Mobili-Pass directly subsidizes Rent Hunter for the housing search mission. In this case, regardless of the type of mission chosen, it becomes free for you.
If you are eligible for the grant, Rent Hunter will handle all administrative procedures and monitor your application. Once the grant for your assignment is received, Rent Hunter will refund your deposit.
Real estate agency fees are not included. They are the tenant’s responsibility.
Absolutely, this is possible. However, the search may take longer, as it would focus solely on the market offered by private landlords, which represents roughly 20% of the total supply.
Please note: real estate agency fees are capped at €15 per m² for a standard lease.
Of course, especially at the start of the assignment, as it allows your Hunter to better understand your preferences. They will follow up on the leads and organize viewings if the listings match your criteria and are available.
Yes, but this is not the option we prioritize. There are several reasons:
In competitive areas, properties are taken quickly, so it’s important to act fast and secure a place immediately. The final decision rests with you.
Real estate agents or private landlords want to meet the person they will be dealing with during the rental period. The human aspect is therefore very important.
It is also essential for you to meet the people with whom you will be signing your lease.
At all times!
It is essential to coordinate your availability with your Hunter to manage both schedules effectively. Communication is key, and if the technology allows, a viewing can even be done via video call.
Keep it short. The market demands it. Demand is high and competition is fierce. Listen to your heart—it rarely lies.
Your Hunter will continue to support you while honoring the commitments made. You will attend the viewing together to ensure everything is in order and that you’ve found a gem!
Of course, it’s regulated by law.
You can cancel the mission within 15 days, deducting a fixed administrative fee of €150.
After that, the full mission fee applies.
