The service can be free if you are eligible for the Mobili-Pass grant, regardless of the type of assignment. We offer tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of each company. Our base rates: • Studio assignment – €1,000 excl. VAT • 2-room assignment – €1,100 excl. VAT • 3-room assignment – €1,200 excl. VAT • 4-room assignment – €1,300 excl. VAT • 5-room or larger assignment – €1,400 excl. VAT • Exceptional assignment – €2,000 excl. VAT

It is a grant managed by Action Logement. To benefit, your talents must meet several criteria. If eligibility for the Mobili-Pass is confirmed, Rent Hunter will be directly subsidized for the housing search mission. In this case, regardless of the type of mission, it becomes free, and the remaining balance of the mission will not be affected.

Real estate agency fees are not included. They are the responsibility of your talent.
